We just wrapped up our yearly conference here at Aloette Headquarters! This year’s theme was “Amplify Aloette,” where we spent two days talking about all things beauty and business and had a special surprise along the way. This week in the blog, we’re going to go through the details of this year’s conference as well as the brand-new eyeshadow palette that launched!
Day 1
The first day of Amplify Aloette consisted of different educational sessions about how to help expand your business. With topics such as “Steering the Present and Charting the Future: Aloette’s Path Forward” and “Rise of the Super Affiliate—Building Your Business Bigger with the Affiliate Program,” we loved being able to hear from our Aloette President, Cathy McKenna, and Director of Sales, Mindy Boyd!
Day 2
On day 2 of Amplify Aloette, our affiliates and consultants were able to attend sessions on how to improve sales and grow within Aloette. Attendees heard different topics such as “Overcoming Objections and Closing the Sale” and “Mastering the Art of Social Selling: A Panel Discussion for Every Business Level.” We loved being able to hear from successful women, such as Marketing and Growth Strategist, Janell Connolly, and Social Marketing Strategist, Brenda Ster, in the beauty industry!
