Is Aloette.com a secure site? Yes, Aloette.com is a 100% secure site. Aloette takes online security very seriously. Our Web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your credit card information from a secure Web page to a secure application on our server. SSL goes into effect at the very onset of the checkout phase, starting with the LOGIN page. We encrypt the entire transaction - login/password, customer billing/shipping information, shipping method, credit card number, etc. - to give our users total privacy when ordering online. If you see an unbroken key or locked padlock at the bottom of your browser window, and https: in the location window at the top of your browser, you know you’re visiting a secured page. Credit card numbers are securely encrypted and stored on our secure database servers until the order has been processed in our main data environment. How can I track my order? Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days of the order date. At this time, Aloette.com cannot track orders online. If it has been longer than 10 business days and your package still has not arrived, please contact customer service via customerservice@aloette.com. What is your returns and exchanges policy? If you are not completely satisfied with an Aloette product and you purchased from an Aloette Consultant, please contact them prior to returning your product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your product (with proof of purchase) within six weeks from date of order and it will be exchanged for another product of equal value. We do not offer refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Aloette is not responsible for return shipping fees. To return items to Aloette, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Please include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside your box. Please note on the form which product(s) you would like to return and what item(s) you would like to exchange them for.
  2. You can return your product using the shipping method of your choice.
  3. Ship your return to the warehouse address located in the top right section of our invoice. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service via email at customerservice@aloette.com.

Do you charge sales tax? By law, Aloette must charge sales tax if the customer’s billing address is located in a state where Aloette or its parent company, Astral Brands, has a legal presence. With Aloette franchises throughout the country, Aloette currently charges sales tax for all 50 states. Do you ship to Canada? Yes, we currently ship orders to Canada. You can visit our Canadian English site or Canadian French site via the links at the very top of each page. Please allow additional time to receive orders in Canada. Do you ship internationally? Aloette.com only ships to addresses in the USA or Canada. Can I ship to more than one address at a time? Aloette.com cannot ship your order to more than one address at a time. We recommend you place multiple individual orders if you want to send packages to more than one address.
